Cathy D's Hair Design on Ridgedale Avenue is holding a special promotion in which all proceeds will go toward helping DePhillips. The salon is offering men's cuts, blowouts, braids, face-painting, color extensions and a raffle on March 3 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
